Hooligan is a well-known producer of quality hookah bowls with refined geometry and reliable heat performance. At Hookahteka.com you’ll find original Hooligan bowls in our Warsaw store, with delivery across Poland.
Our catalog features various models of Hooligan bowls — from classic turkish styles to phunnels and killer bowls. Each format has its own packing characteristics. For long sessions with lots of tobacco, choose phunnels. For short, intense smoking, classic bowls work best. For overpack and fruit bowl styles, opt for larger volume models.
When selecting a Hooligan bowl, consider your smoking style and tobacco type. Lighter tobacco varieties pair well with smaller bowls and thinner walls. Strong dark leaf tobaccos work better in larger bowls with thick walls that retain heat. Also consider HMD compatibility — most Hooligan bowls work with standard Cyborg, Kaloud Lotus and similar devices.
We ship Hooligan bowls from our Warsaw warehouse with careful packaging to prevent damage. Orders are processed within 1 business day, courier delivery takes 1-2 days. Local pickup at our Warsaw store is also available — see the bowl in person before buying.
To keep your Hooligan bowl performing well, clean it after each session — use a soft brush or scraper to remove tobacco residue and syrup. Don’t wash with hot water immediately after smoking — let it cool first to avoid cracking. For deep cleaning, use specialized hookah cleaning solutions.

Hooligan bowls are made from white clay fired at 900°C, which is the same ceramic base Oblako uses. That's because Hooligan is built on the Oblako Phunnel M platform. White clay is flavor-neutral. It doesn't add any ceramic taste to your session and doesn't carry residue between tobaccos. What sets Hooligan apart from the standard Oblako line is the exterior: black glaze with hand-painted graphics by street artist MAXTHIRTEEN. Because each piece is hand-painted, no two are exactly identical. The form is a phunnel M with a single center hole, 15–20 g capacity, compatible with standard 75 mm HMDs.
Hooligan bowls are phunnels, so the center hole keeps molasses inside the bowl. That makes them equally at home with wet dark leaf and lighter Virginia blends. The white clay underneath the glaze is neutral and won't add any taste of its own, which is the main reason smokers who rotate blends regularly appreciate this kind of bowl. Capacity sits at 15 to 20 g, sized for a standard 60 to 90 minute solo session or a relaxed two-person setup. Standard 75 mm HMDs work fine (Kaloud Lotus, AOT Provost, and the usual lineup).
Hooligan is an Oblako collaboration with the street artist MAXTHIRTEEN, not a separate brand with its own full lineup. Think of it as a co-branded edition built on the proven Oblako Phunnel M body. Oblako handles the ceramic, MAXTHIRTEEN handles the artwork. The black glaze with hand-drawn graphics turns the bowl into something between a tool and a collector's piece, and availability is limited compared to the regular Oblako catalog. One thing worth flagging: there's a completely separate brand called "Hooligan Hookah" that makes baseball-bat-shaped hookahs. Different product, different brand, no connection to this bowl.
Yes. Hooligan uses the same ceramic body and the same phunnel M form factor as the standard Oblako. Same thermal behavior, same 900°C white clay, same predictability you'd expect from Oblako. Capacity, dimensions, and HMD compatibility (75 mm) are identical. The only real difference is the exterior: black glaze with MAXTHIRTEEN's artwork instead of the standard Oblako color options. If you already smoke an Oblako Phunnel M and you like the street-art aesthetic, switching to Hooligan won't change your session. It just changes how the bowl looks on the hookah.
Hooligan cleans the same way as a standard Oblako Phunnel M: warm water, no detergent. The white glazed ceramic doesn't absorb molasses or aromas, so a quick rinse after the session is all it needs. The MAXTHIRTEEN artwork is durable enough for regular use, but if you want it looking sharp years down the line, avoid wire scrubbers and aggressive cleaners. They'll mark the painted surface. Use a soft brush for the inside around the phunnel hole. Let the bowl cool fully before any water contact. Store dry, ideally in a soft case if you want to keep the graphic protected.
