Optimal water level is around 1 to 1.5 cm above the downstem. Don't overfill, the smaller volume means the margin for error is tighter than on a full-size hookah, and water in the hose ruins a session fast.
A good mini hookah usually runs above 500 zł. In that range you get interesting design and stainless steel construction, and the glass base is often included, but worth confirming before you order. The critical detail to verify is whether the included or available glass is the right size, standard glass bases don't fit mini hookahs, and an incompatible base means you can't actually use the hookah out of the box. Check the spec, ask the shop if it's unclear, then buy.
