XKAH Pro is an electronic heating system for hookah, not a traditional clay or ceramic bowl. The device combines what a bowl does (two small ceramic pods that hold the tobacco) and what coal does (electronic heat management with precise temperature control) into one unit. It replaces both the bowl and the coal at the same time. Instead of burning coal on top, XKAH Pro heats the tobacco electrically with controlled temperature curves. Session length is around 90 minutes per battery charge, and the battery is hot-swappable mid-session. The package includes the device, battery, two ceramic pods, USB-C cable, silicone adapter, tongs, and a carrying case. Pod capacity is 8 to 10 g per session. The manufacturer claims that's equivalent to the experience of around 25 g packed traditionally.

Non-Tobacco is built for tobacco-free hookah mixes and smoking herbs, with a different thermal profile. XKAH launched in June 2024 with commercial presence at xkah.us. It's one of the first products of its kind, an integrated e-HMD with ceramic pods, to reach the European market. The brand positions XKAH Pro as a response to growing interest in coal-free hookah. It eliminates the need to light, handle, and replace coals, the ash, and the open-flame risk altogether. This is the mode for experimenting and dialing in a profile that fits a specific tobacco. The manufacturer recommends Classic Mode for your first sessions with the device.

XKAH Pro is designed as a modular device, and the ceramic pods plus the base are dishwasher-safe. Something no traditional clay bowl can offer. The ceramic pods can go in the dishwasher after each session, or be rinsed with warm water. The heating element (the electronic module) is wiped with a dry, soft cloth only. No water, no submersion. Before any cleaning, always disconnect the battery and let the device cool down. The modular design lets you take the unit apart in a few seconds. Cleaning the pods regularly after each session extends their lifespan and prevents flavor crossover between blends.
